Jojo’s Bangkra offers a refreshing look and feel in tote bags!

The word ‘Bangkra’ in Jamaica refers to a big basket and is synonymous with harvest time, a time of plenty.

We wanted to create tote bags that were not only natural and comfortable, but cheerful sometimes quirky, yet classy works of art.  We’ve utilized natural decorative elements found throughout the Caribbean in our designs, to express the elemental earthy appeal of the Islands.

Our totes are made from high quality canvas and a mix of textured fabrics. Our designs are all hand crafted sometimes incorporating embroidery, cross-stitching and appliqué techniques to bring a fun sometimes whimsical feel to our bags.
